We are inviting all current board members and liaisons for an evening at our Housing Central offices. COHO could not have accomplished our many successes without our wonderful clients.

Please join us on Thursday, May 11, 2017 for our annual Client Appreciation Evening to thank you for your continued support and to celebrate YOU – our loyal clients!

There will be hors d'oeuvres, beverages and the opportunity to learn more about COHO, our history, our future, and what we can do for your community, and to introduce you to our dedicated, hard-working team!

FAQs


What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Our offices are located in the Il Mercato building at the north west corner of Commercial Drive and East 1st Avenue. The elevator and stairwell up to the second floor are located off of Commercial Drive between Vancity Credit Union and Tim Hortons.

Public Transportation:
The closest Skytrain is Commercial-Broadway Station. From the station, we are a 13 minute walk north on Commercial or a short 5 minute bus ride on the #20 (direction Downtown).

Parking:
There is underground parking in the El Mercato building with an enterance off of Graverly Street as well as East 1st Avenue. You have to check in your parking stall number at the meter. The first 45 minutes is free and then you have to pay for any additional time. To get to our office from the underground, take the elevator to the 2
nd floor. Follow the signs to lead you to Unit #220.

There are also a number of free parking spaces located on the side streets surrounding our offices. Please be sure to read the signage to ensure you are parking in a permitted area.


Is this space accessible?
Our building is wheelchair friendly. While we are located on the 2nd floor, there is an elevator from the underground parking as well as street level. The main doors to the 2nd floor offices have a button to open the doors. Other doors will be propped open and there will be a number of staff available to assist you. Our office space has an open concept design which will allow you to take a tour of the offices. An accessible washroom is also available.
